Happy 7 month Birthday Brody!!
We took Brody to the park today to enjoy a picnic and celebrate his 7 month birthday outside! (He loves being outside.... typical boy). :)* We all had a great time!
It is very hard to believe that he is 7 months old! He is such a big boy and is doing new things every time we turn around. He is scooting everywhere and loves to scoot to things that he should not touch... like the VCR.... any kind of cord.... our flip flops.... needless to say he is learning the word no no. :)* He loves to grab the spoon when we are feeding him and try to feed himself. This makes things get real messy at meal times but it is building an important skill that we want him to learn. (that is what I tell myself when the food gets everywhere!) He is starting to pull up on things now and is getting pretty good at it. He is interested in everything and has a hard time taking a nap if we are out and about because there are too many interesting things to look at. We are in the process of teaching him sign language so that he can communicate with us before he can talk. We are enjoying each stage that he is at because we can tell that he is going to grow up before we know it! Brody is a very active little boy and we can not even remember what we did before he entered our lives! We love you Brody Ja!

Wow. Seven months. He is just learning more and more each day. I am so glad he likes being outside. He looks like he is having fun exploring with Mom and Dad. He is wearing the shirt we gave him! YEA! We'll give Uncle Eric credit for that one. Brody will love watching Laney fetch the ball and frisbee outside next weekend. I can hardly wait! Thanks for the new pictures. They really help! Such a big boy!
Once again Em... you got such wonderful pics. and with great backgrounds. Course I must say the subject and subjects really made the pic. What a beautiful little boy... not baby. Hard to believe 7 months have gone by and look at all the new things all three of you have learned. Keep making the memories. Love you all, Marmee and Pops.
He is getting so big and so cute. Watch out- a year will be here before you know it! Savor the moments.
